Certification

Quality assurance has always been a major priority for us. We do not pay lipservice to it; it is a living part of our corporate culture. It is thus no accident that Hillebrand was the first company in the powdercoating business to be certified under DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. So the DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 certification is just a implicitness.

The Guidelines of GSB INTERNATIONAL (quality association for the cleaning of metal façades) are likewise binding on us. The only powder qualities we use are those that the GSB has approved.

The crucial factor in any reliable quality assurance system, however, is the motivation of the employees. Ours identify themselves with the product and are proud of the company's good reputation. This sense of personal commitment permeates the entire process by which orders are met - in the commercial departments, the laboratory, on the production line, and in quality control - and ensure total adherence to the prescribed standards and quality requirements.
